Preparing for Careers in Sales and Service

EFF has developed a sales and customer service curriculum package including training for instructors as well as the necessary curriculum materials for use with adult learners. The curriculum combines both industry standards and the EFF standards with the goal of preparing adults for entry-level positions in sales and customer service.   The curriculum package includes:

  • 1-2 days of training for your staff
  • 4-week/120-hour course for English speaking adults
  • 6-week/180-hour course for limited English proficient adults
  • Optional, but highly recommended, internship component
  • Flexible program that can be adapted to your specific needs
  • Excellent work readiness program for Welfare to Work participants
  • Customized technical assistance to match your needs and fit your budget

There are currently two versions of this training package - one for ESOL learners and the other for ABE learners (or English speaking adults).
